Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about presence what it really means to be here, fully engaged in the moment instead of lost in the past or anxious about the future. In a world that constantly pulls us in a million directions, presence feels like a rare gift, one we often forget to give ourselves.

For me, presence isn’t just about being physically somewhere; it’s about truly experiencing life as it unfolds. It’s feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin, listening intently when someone speaks, or savoring the sweetness we deserve.

But presence isn’t always easy. My mind loves to wander sometimes to unfinished to-do lists, sometimes to deep reflections about the future. And with so much going on, it’s tempting to just exist rather than engage. So, how do we cultivate presence in a world that encourages distraction?
