There’s something sacred about being real with yourself. Not the filtered, polished version you let the world see but the raw, honest, “this is where I’m at” kind of real.

We live in a world that moves fast. Achievements are celebrated publicly, but the private battles? The quiet growth? The nights you talked yourself out of quitting? They rarely get the same recognition.

But today, I want to remind you of something simple and powerful ; Give yourself your flowers.
Not for being perfect. Not for having it all figured out. But for surviving, for trying, for showing up even on the days you didn’t feel like it.

Being open with yourself is one of the bravest things you can do.
It means acknowledging where you are without shame or comparison.
It means saying, “This is hard,” and still choosing to keep going.
It means recognizing the version of you that kept walking through the fog, unsure of what was ahead.

There is beauty in that. Strength in that. Growth in that.

So stop waiting for someone else to validate your progress.
You’re allowed to be proud of yourself.
You’re allowed to pause and say, “Wow, I’ve come a long way.”

Give yourself credit for making it through what tried to break you.
Celebrate the small wins. The quiet healing. The inner work no one clapped for.
Give yourself the flowers you’ve earned because you deserve them.

And if today feels heavy, if you’re in a space of in-between that’s okay too.
Growth is messy. Healing isn’t linear. But you are still evolving, and that is something to honor.

Keep blooming. In your own way, in your own time. 🌸
